According to the latest capsule toy information, HG series will be released 3 forms of Masked Rider Fourze in the late of November. Fireman state, Base State and Electrik State are the 3 forms coming. 200 Yen per each. 10 figures in total in this series.

I am sure that I will go to buy one if I can find it since the toy shop that I went to buy the capsule toy was closed down. sad....
